In addition to his roles at Columbia Search Partners as President and Stockholder, Lentz is an expert recruiter, specializing in Quality, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and Operations leadership positions.
Prior to becoming a professional recruiter in 1996, Lentz had successful track records as a Corporate Banker with Bank of America and as a Product Management with Aetna.
Lentz earned his BA from Davidson College and a banking diploma from the University of South Carolina. He is married with three grown children.
